依据学院与佐治亚理工学院相关合作协议，为更好的深入实施电竞投注 国际化人才培养战略，培养具有国际视野和国际竞争力的高素质人才，鼓励我院本科生出国（境）深造获得第二校园的学习经历，2019年夏季，学院将继续选派优秀在校本科生前往美国佐治亚理工学院（Georgia Institute of Technology），参加为期三周的暑期课程学习。

一、 项目介绍

1、美国佐治亚理工学院

佐治亚理工学院（Georgia Institute of Technology），简称Georgia Tech，建校于1885年，是坐落于美国东南部第一大城市亚特兰大的世界顶尖研究型大学。佐治亚理工学院是北美顶尖大学联盟AAC的成员校，也是公立常春藤名校之一。它与麻省理工学院（MIT）和加州理工学院（Caltech）并称为美国三大理工学院。

在2019年《US NEWS & WORLD REPORT》发布的综合大学本科排名中位列第35位，其本科工程学院排名全美第4位，工程院下各系均位列全美前五。在2017年《泰晤士高等教育》发布的世界大学排名中位列世界第33位，在计算机科学分类下排名世界第5位，工程与技术分类下排名世界第13位。

佐治亚理工学院在全球有着顶尖的学术声誉，其代表学科是工程。该校是美国最好的理工类大学之一。

2、项目活动

  The GTLI-GTMI Summer Language, Culture and Advanced Manufacturing Immersion Program is an annual three-week program that includes several components. First, a technical seminar series on advanced manufacturing topics is offered along with tours of relevant Georgia Tech research labs. The group will also attend external manufacturing plant tours facilitated by the Georgia Tech Manufacturing Institute. A part-time, non-credit English language course, American Popular Culture, is offered by the Georgia Tech Language Institute. As a relatively new component to the program, students will work in small groups to design and manufacture a unique prototype using CAD software, 3D printing and machining tools with guidance and facilities provided by the Georgia Tech Invention Studio. Finally, students will experience life on the campus of a top American university in a major U.S. city, including cross-cultural exchange, living in on-campus housing, and participating in a number of local extracurricular activities. These activities will allow students to network, learn about American culture, and practice English among their peers. At the end of the program, students will deliver group presentations describing the new manufacturing knowledge they acquired, their cultural experience, and the challenges encountered to develop their finished prototypes.

3、项目费用及资助办法

学习暑期课程的项目费用2800美元。项目费用包括学费、住宿费、文化体验参观费等及因此产生的交通费，不包括国际旅费、餐费、因个人原因产生的交通费及护照申请、国际保险等费用。

根据面试等综合考虑，择优进行资助。

二、 申请条件

1、年满18岁的电竞投注 在读本科生，成绩优异，道德品质好，在校期间未受过纪律处分，身心健康，能顺利完成在美国期间的学习任务者均可报名；

2、 英语要求

具有良好的英语基础，能够顺利完成在比利时期间的学习任务。
